We welcome you to travel with D'Vine Escapes Mudgee. So as we can make your experience as pleasurable as possible, there are a few T&C's to keep in mind prior to making a booking.
Deposits are required upon receiving confirmation of a booking. A 50% deposit is required upfront with the balance due no later than 7 days prior to the travel date. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the travel date, the 50% deposit shall be forfeited. If full payment has been made upon confirmation of the booking and the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the travel date, then 50% of the payment shall be forfeited. If the booking is cancelled within 21 days of the booking date, all monies shall be refunded.
Tasting Fees of various amounts are charged by the wineries (generally $5 to $20 per cellar door) and is payable by the customers and not D'Vine Escapes Mudgee or its tour operators.
Your driver and/or host on the day, may ask you for photos to be taken for use on the D'Vine Escapes Mudgee website, Facebook & Instagram pages. If you have any objection to having your photo published, please inform your host prior to departing.
Overly inebriated and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and any person or persons involved will be asked to be removed from the tour/transfer and will be required to organise their own transport back to where they were picked up from with any monies paid forfeited. D'Vine Escapes Mudgee operators (including any contracted drivers) who witness customers/passengers who appear to be inebriated or under the influence of illegal substances prior to the commencement of any tour/transfer, reserve the right to refuse travel with any monies paid forfeited. Cleaning/detailing fees will be also be charged if necessary.
General Information
Our minibus is air conditioned, along with cabin heating for the cooler months, but Mudgee can be very cold in winter & particularly hot in summer so it is suggested to wear appropriate clothing according to the weather conditions. Comfort & safety is of upmost priority when travelling with D'Vine Escapes Mudgee so we ask you fasten your seatbelts whilst travelling
